Purpose
This release marks a major transition for Tapzi as the Tapzi Game Arena goes live for presale participants, moving the platform from controlled development and internal testing into a live community testing environment.
Presale participants can now connect their wallet, access their Tapzi Game Credits (TGC) balance, enter the Arena, play the currently available games, and access the Tournament option.
This is an active testing phase, not the final version of the Tapzi Game Arena. The objective is to put the systems we have been building in front of real users, identify issues that controlled testing may not expose, and progressively improve the Arena based on live usage and community feedback.
Key Highlights
The Tapzi Game Arena is now available for presale participants to access and test.
Users can connect their wallet, enter the gaming environment, and begin playing with their allocated Tapzi Game Credits.
This represents the first stage of moving Tapzi's gaming infrastructure from internal development into a live user environment.
The Game Arena also includes a Tournament option, extending testing beyond individual game sessions.
Tournament functionality gives the team another environment for observing game participation, session activity, result processing, and player progression as the Arena moves through live testing.
Tournament functionality will continue to be monitored and refined alongside the rest of the Game Arena during this testing phase.
The first version of the Arena launches with a limited selection of playable games while the team monitors platform stability and player behavior across the live environment.
The current game selection is only the starting point.
Additional games will be actively added to the Arena as testing progresses, allowing the team to expand the platform gradually while maintaining control over stability, game-session processing, and player experience.
The Arena recognizes eligible presale wallets and assigns the corresponding starting Tapzi Game Credits (TGC) balance.
A user's starting TGC allocation reflects the amount of TAPZI purchased during the presale.
TGC operates separately from the user's actual presale TAPZI allocation, allowing gameplay systems to be tested without putting purchased TAPZI at risk.
Safeguards maintain separation between Arena testing balances and presale token records.
Wins and losses inside the current Game Arena affect the user's TGC gameplay balance only.
Purchased TAPZI allocations remain unchanged by Game Arena activity during this testing phase.
Game sessions are connected with the backend match-processing flow used to track session initialization, match completion, player state, and gameplay results.
Validation is performed before completed game events are reflected in Arena-related player records.
This allows the development team to observe how previously tested backend systems behave under actual community usage rather than controlled simulations alone.
During the current testing version, an active game session cannot be rejoined after the player is disconnected.
If a connection is lost during a game, the player will need to start a new game rather than returning to the interrupted session.
This is an important limitation of the current testing build and players should keep their connection stable where possible while participating in Arena games.
Monitoring has been extended around wallet connections, game-session initialization, match completion, TGC balance synchronization, disconnected sessions, tournament activity, and failed processing events.
Operational logs provide the development team with greater visibility into issues that may only appear under real player activity.
The initial live period will therefore remain an important testing and stabilization phase for the Game Arena.
Because the Game Arena is currently in active testing, players may encounter bugs, connection problems, balance display delays, interrupted sessions, game-specific issues, or other unexpected behavior.
If you experience an issue while playing, please report it to the Tapzi team with as much information as possible so the development team can reproduce, investigate, and resolve the problem.
Community reports during this phase are an important part of improving the Arena before the broader Tapzi platform rollout.
The Tapzi Game Arena is now live in an active community testing phase, with playable games, TGC integration, and Tournament functionality available for testing. Development is focused on monitoring real gameplay, resolving reported issues, stabilizing the live environment, and progressively expanding the Arena with additional games and platform improvements.
